A Question: Who am I?
The reason for being, the Why, who we are in relation to what we contribute, how we derive our sense of meaning from life, essentially, what will get us out of bed every day until we exceed the age of 100 and also, how to get there in the first place (according to Dan Buettler).

A question: What am I?
Some versions of a possible answer to a rather intense question, sometimes, requires zoning in on a small section of what the probable answer to that question is. In this case, the ‘what’ is what we have decided to attribute to a collection of beautifully complex components of neuroanatomy making up the Limbic System.

The Affect of Social Media on our Identities
Studies have found that when we use social media, our brains release an amount of the feel-good chemical dopamine that is on par with gambling and recreational drug use. Receiving likes and reactions to posts feeds into our very human need for validation and affirmation. This causes us to curate our lives and personalities, and in some cases, even create wholly false identities.
